The school is an intensive, one-week specialized school that exposes students to the major issues consumer credit managers face. The school is designed to:

• Increase students' knowledge of consumer credit as a retail banking function and a source of bank income.
• Increase students' understanding of the managerial aspect of consumer credit operations, especially how the bank's loan portfolio can increase profitability and improve competitive positions.
• Develop the administrative and human relations skills needed to manage bank assets and meet customers' financial needs.
