The purpose of the Institute is to provide specific and usable guidance to all Georgia banks by:

• Providing specific instruction concerning the most critical skills needed by HR managers to contribute to their bank’s success
• Describing “best HR practices” so that HR managers benefit from the study and experience gained in other organizations
• Outlining actions which HR professionals may take to become a strategic business partner

The Institute provides a well-balanced curriculum taught by experienced HR managers and consultants with extensive hands-on work in the banking industry.  Attendees will be provided a course book that corresponds to each class and contains "take and use" information.
